Privacy policy

This policy explains how Seedory handles account, prompt, generation, token, payment, and support data across the live product.

Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Scope and controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Seedory collects, uses, and stores personal information when you visit seedory.cc, create an account, browse the prompt library, upload reference images, generate images, top up tokens, contact support, or otherwise use the Seedory service.

For purposes of this policy, "Seedory," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Seedory website and services. If you have privacy questions or want to exercise your rights, contact support@seedory.cc.

2. Information we collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the service, and from the providers that help us operate Seedory.

  • Account and sign-in information, including your name, email address, profile image, and the identifier returned by the sign-in provider when you authenticate with Google.
  • Profile and service records, including your Seedory user ID, token balance, token ledger entries, welcome bonus status, account timestamps, and support history.
  • Prompt and library activity, including prompts you like, prompts you save, prompt text you submit for generation, selected models, aspect ratios, and related generation settings.
  • Uploaded and generated content, including reference images you upload, generated images, thumbnails, generation status, error messages, and generation history.
  • Payment and order information, including token package size, USD amount, payment provider, provider reference IDs, invoice or order IDs, payment status, selected network or currency, wallet or payment address data returned by the provider, and related webhook payloads.
  • Technical and device information that is commonly sent when you use a website, such as IP-derived network data, browser type, device information, referring URLs, timestamps, and server-side error or security logs.
  • Browser-side storage used to keep the service working, including authentication/session cookies, session storage values, and temporary upload-session data stored in your browser's IndexedDB while you are using the generator.
  • Communications you send to us, including messages sent to support@seedory.cc or partners@seedory.cc.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure Seedory.
  • Authenticate users, create or sync user records, and keep accounts available across sessions.
  • Process prompt browsing, likes, saves, generations, downloads, and deletion requests initiated inside the product.
  • Store and display your generation history, token activity, and related account information.
  • Create, verify, reconcile, and troubleshoot token top-ups and payment orders.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, payment issues, and service misuse.
  • Debug product problems, monitor system health, and improve reliability and support operations.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect Seedory, users, and third parties.

4. Legal bases for processing

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we generally process personal data because it is necessary to provide the service you request, because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and securing Seedory, because we need to comply with legal obligations, or because you have given consent where consent is required.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests generally include operating the service, preventing abuse, securing accounts and payments, troubleshooting failures, and defending legal claims.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Seedory uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run core product features. These include authentication and session cookies, browser session storage for in-progress navigation or sign-in actions, and IndexedDB storage for temporary upload-session persistence in the generator.

Based on the current implementation, Seedory does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers on the public site. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

6. Payments and billing data

Seedory offers one-time token top-ups through third-party payment providers. Card payments are facilitated through Lava.top and its configured card processing partners. Crypto payments are facilitated through OxaPay.

Seedory does not collect or store full payment card numbers on its own servers. Payment entry and payment authorization for card purchases take place with the relevant payment provider. We do, however, store payment order records and related provider metadata needed to track status, apply purchased tokens, prevent fraud, support users, keep accounting records, and resolve disputes.

7. International data transfers

Seedory and the providers we use may process or store information in countries other than your own. When required, we rely on contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards intended to protect transferred personal data.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, maintain account history, complete transactions, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

In practice, account records, prompt interactions, generation history, and token or payment ledgers may remain associated with your account until they are deleted, your account is removed, or we no longer need them for operational or legal reasons. Generated images can be deleted from within the product. Payment records may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Reference-image uploads used in generation workflows may persist in temporary storage until they are replaced, removed, or cleaned up through operational processes. If you want Seedory to delete data that you cannot remove directly in the interface, contact support@seedory.cc.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, and receive equal treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Seedory does not currently sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of the current implementation.

To make a privacy request, email support@seedory.cc from the email associated with your account and describe your request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before acting on the request. Where required by applicable law, we will respond within the time required by that law.

11. Children's privacy

Seedory is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Seedory, contact support@seedory.cc so we can review and delete the information if appropriate.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, operational, or regulatory changes. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will apply prospectively unless a different effective date is stated.
