These terms govern your access to Seedory's prompt library, generator, token system, checkout flows, and related features.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Seedory website, prompt library, image-generation workflows, token system, checkout flows, and related services available through seedory.cc.
By accessing or using Seedory, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Seedory is a prompt discovery and AI image generation platform. The service currently includes a public prompt library, style and collection pages, account features, saved prompts, generation history, token balances, one-time token top-ups, and related administrative and support workflows.
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, models, providers, payment methods, limits, prompt collections, or user-interface flows at any time.
You may use Seedory only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not use the service to exploit, abuse, or interfere with Seedory, other users, or third parties.
You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts, reference images, and other content you submit to Seedory. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit that content and allow us to process it.
You grant Seedory a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit, store, display, and otherwise process your submitted content and generated outputs only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide the service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
Do not upload confidential information, sensitive personal data, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so and understand the risks of sending that material to cloud infrastructure and AI generation providers.
Seedory uses third-party AI generation providers. Generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, unavailable, defective, or similar or identical to content generated for other users or by other services.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, licensing, clearing, and using any output you obtain through Seedory. Seedory does not guarantee that output will be unique, available for exclusive use, non-infringing, legally compliant, or fit for any specific purpose.
The Seedory service, including the website design, branding, software, prompt-library organization, text, graphics, and other service content provided by Seedory or its licensors, is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from Seedory's protected service content or software.
Seedory currently offers one-time token top-ups rather than recurring subscriptions on the public pricing flow. Tokens are digital service credits that can be used for supported generation workflows inside Seedory.
Purchased tokens currently do not expire unless Seedory clearly states otherwise at the time of purchase. Promotional, bonus, or welcome credits may expire, may be subject to separate rules, and may be forfeited if not claimed or used in time.
Except where required by law, token top-ups are final once the corresponding tokens have been credited to your account. Seedory may, in its discretion, issue a refund, correction, or credit in cases such as duplicate charges, provider error, failed token crediting, or other clear billing mistakes.
Failed generations may result in token refunds under the product logic, but that operational behavior does not create a general right to cash refunds for completed purchases.
Seedory depends on third-party providers, including identity, infrastructure, storage, AI generation, and payment providers. Your use of certain features may therefore also be subject to the relevant third-party terms, policies, and technical limits.
Seedory is not responsible for downtime, output restrictions, payment failures, model behavior, policy changes, or other acts or omissions of third-party providers.
Seedory may monitor use of the service for security, fraud prevention, abuse detection, support, and operational purposes. We may impose limits on features, uploads, token use, payment methods, or account actions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Seedory may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, technical failures, upgrades, security incidents, or factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Seedory disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that the service will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that outputs will meet your needs or expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedory and its affiliates, owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or content, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedory's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid directly to Seedory for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. If you continue to use Seedory after updated Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms.
